Minimum Requirement Exception Requests

The City of Tacoma has granted the City of Tacoma Neighborhood and Community Services an Exception to Minimum Requirement #5 (Onsite Management) and Minimum Requirement #7 (Flow Control) for the improvements associated with a temporary housing facility, TEMS 3 – Emergency Micro-Shelter Site.  The site is located at 602 N. Orchard Street, Tacoma, WA.
