COVID-19 Update and Closures (March 25, 2020)

 

Effective Thursday, March 26, the TAGRO facility will be closed to residential customers until further notice. 
Residential customers can still schedule deliveries by calling (253) 502-2150. To better serve our customers, the three-yard minimum order for customers outside the City limits has been waived until further notice. In an effort to reduce contact between our drivers and customers, payments must be arranged over the phone. Residential office hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. 
  
The TAGRO facility will remain open to commercial customers only. Commercial hours have been modified to 8 AM-3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The facility will close from 11:45 AM to 12:30 PM each weekday to accommodate employee lunches. 

 

Important Update for Commercial Customers

In an effort to reduce person-to person contact, TAGRO will be implementing the following new procedure for our commercial customers. We now ask that ALL commercial accounts, both new and existing, download this application and submit it, in its entirety, to cservice2@cityoftacoma.org for approval to be invoiced.

Once received, please allow a minimum of 24 hours for approval (office is open Monday-Friday). Once approved, we will reach out to let you via email to let you know that you are welcome to come to the TAGRO facility to pick up any of our products. You will receive a mailed invoice, due upon receipt, unless you indicate on the application that you prefer to pay-by-phone. If you select this option, a team member will reach out to you within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday) for payment.

Business Invoicing Application Steps:

  1. Fill out the application and save it to your files. (Note: If you prefer to pay by phone, please indicate that by "checking" the appropriate box on the form and include your telephone number.)
  2. Attach the completed application to an email and send it to cservice2@cityoftacoma.org.
  3. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for approval process (Monday-Friday).
  4. Once reviewed, we will notify you of your approval via email.
  5. Once approved, head to the TAGRO facility to pick up your TAGRO products (Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 3:30 PM with a lunch closure from 11:45 AM to 12:30 PM).
  6. Invoices will be mailed to the address specified on your application. Payment will be due upon receipt of the invoice.
  7. If you requested to pay-by-phone, our team members will reach out to collect payment with 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday).
