Stormwater Site Plan Templates

Stormwater Site Plan (SSP) and Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Templates

Below are templates that can be used to help complete the Stormwater Site Plan and Construction Stormwater Pollution Plan.

 

Long Form Templates – Use for Larger Projects

The Stormwater Site Plan Report Template  can be used for larger projects that must comply with Minimum Requirements #1-9.


The Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Template can be used for any project requiring a full form SWPPP.  Note – smaller projects below have the SSP/SWPPP combined and would not also have to complete this version.


Short Form Templates – Use for Smaller Projects

The Combined Stormwater Site Plan and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan Short Form Template can be used for smaller projects that are only required to comply with Minimum Requirements #1-5 (and #9 as applicable).

 

The Combined Stormwater Site Plan and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan Short Form – Associated with Approved SDEV Permit Template can be used for single family homes that have an associated SDEV permit that covered multiple lots (such as a plat/short plat). 

 

Operation and Maintenance Manual Template

The Operation and Maintenance Manual Template can be used for any project that must complete an Operation and Maintenance Manual (Minimum Requirement #9).

 

Spill Prevention Plan Template

The Spill Prevention Plan Template can be used for any project that must complete a spill prevention plan (Minimum Requirement #3 – Source Control)

 

Stormwater Site Plan Tables and Worksheets

The following tables are referenced in the above short form and long form templates.  They are used to help determine which Minimum Requirement apply to a project.

Below are infeasibility checklists that can be used to help determine feasibility for Minimum Requirement #5 – Onsite Stormwater Management.

Below are worksheets that can be used for helping determine appropriate sizing for various stormwater BMPs.

The below short forms and infeasibility checklists are applicable to previous SWMM versions -they cannot be used for the 2021 SWMM

Below are infeasibility checklists applicable to previous SWMM versions that can be used to help determine feasibility for Minimum Requirement #5 (Onsite Stormwater Management) - they cannot be used for the 2021 SWMM. Complete the appropriate forms for your project and include the forms as an attachment to the Stormwater Site Plan.
