All registration information submitted must be accurate, complete and current. If you fail to register or provide required information, you will not be notified of or receive future addenda or other updates to the official Bid/RFP document as issued by the City. In the absence of valid registration, the City shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible or liable for guaranteeing that such addenda or updates will be made available to you by other means. SAP Ariba Registration: The City of Tacoma is transitioning to SAP Ariba for its procurement processes. SAP Ariba is an ecommerce website that facilitates procurement. It streamlines buyers and sellers ability to connect and find each other. Registration information is attached to this discovery posting. In order to view a complete set of solicitation documents for the above referenced solicitation, suppliers must respond as interested to the discovery posting and be registered in SAP Ariba with the City of Tacoma in order to participate in the event. The deadline for showing interest and registration is May 5, 2017. Vendors who do not meet the registration deadline will not be allowed to participate in the solicitation process.
