Together, we’ll honor freedom and resilience, celebrate strength and progress, and recognize the legacy of June 19, 1865 – a day of liberation and hope. The ...event takes place in the Dome G Lot, which guests may enter off Wiley Street. There is a graduation ceremony inside the Dome at 4:00 PM, so there will be traffic. Please plan accordingly and consider taking public transit.
