Keeping Illegal Activity Out of Rental Property
Phase 1 - Landlord Training classes are free to rental properties that operate inside the City of Tacoma limits. Participants who operate rental property outside the City of Tacoma limits there is a $50 charge.
If you would like to receive continuing education real estate clock hours, there is a $15 charge. Washington Association of Realtors provides 15 substantive real estate continuing education clock hours for class attendees.
