2015-2016 Mental Health Substance Use Disorder

Each program must submit a complete application packet by 5 PM, Wednesday, December 17, 2014. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered for funding.

The level of funding available for the Reduce Chronic Homelessness service category is approximately $480,000. All funding recommendations are tentative until the City's 2015-2016 Biennial Budget is adopted by Council in December 2014.
