Tonight, Interstate 705 southbound will be closed from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. to allow the contractor working on the Murray Morgan Bridge to pour the last section of bridge deck on the south half of the bridge near 11th and A Street.
The on ramp from South Stadium Way/Commerce Street onto I-705 southbound will be closed with a detour route south on Commerce Street, left on South 13th to use the on ramp onto I-705 southbound. The on ramp from South 9th Street/A Street onto I-705 southbound will also be closed with a detour route south on Pacific Avenue, left on South 13th Street to use the on ramp onto I-705 southbound. The length of the detour is 0.6 miles.
