  • Conducted the Tacoma Police internal employee survey of Field Training Officers, Sergeants and recent new hires regarding status of the program by the Strategic Plan Employee Satisfaction Team. Questions were vetted through the Command Staff for input and refinement.
  • Conducted several Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) debriefings for all department members after the line of duty death of Tacoma Police Officer Gutierrez
