Hilltop 2015-2016

Hilltop 2015-2016

HHHN Hilltop Program Logo

The third program year focused in the Hilltop, an especially diverse neighborhood experiencing a lot of change.

Our team worked with community leaders to support current residents and honor the interests of the neighborhood. By visiting community groups, engaging with residents through door-to-door conversations, and organizing or supporting local events, the program worked to increase access to cost-saving services and gather community feedback to improve future service of the neighborhood.

Beginning in September 2015, the Hilltop program concluded in July 2016. Read the final report.
