Environmental Services Strategic Planning 2018-2025

Environmental Services Strategic Plan 2018-2025

In 2012, Environmental Services became a new department and implemented our first strategic plan.  The 2013-2018 plan was developed in the Director’s Office with the goal of communicating the Director’s vision for the Department.  The Director is broadening the approach to have the 2018-2025 planning effort led by staff and include stakeholder outreach to further position Environmental Services for long term success.  The Strategic Planning Team, composed of representatives from each division within the Department, are available as a resource to answer your questions, and they will be looking to you for your valuable input throughout the year.

This web page has been created so that you can easily access information regarding the planning efforts and where we are at in the process.  If you have any questions or would like to provide any feedback, please contact any of the representatives on the Strategic Planning Team or send an email to ThinkBig@cityoftacoma.org
