2015 Washington State Legislative Session
The Early Start Act is a critical piece of early learning legislation in this years session. This act accomplishes many things including:
- Increases the supply of quality child care
- Improves access to high quality early learning programs for children and families
- Establishes data collection and evaluation procedures
