Bounded on the west by the city limits; on the south by the city limits; on the east beginning at the intersection of South 19th Street and South Pearl Street; north along South Pearl Street to 6th Avenue; east along 6th Avenue to Union Avenue; north along North Union Avenue to North 30th Street; east along North 30th Street to North Alder Street; north along North Alder Street to North Alder Way; north east to Commencement Bay; thence northwest along Commencement Bay and the city limits to point of beginning.
Council District 2
Bounded on the east by the city limits around northeast Tacoma; south along the shoreline of the Port Industrial Area, the shoreline of downtown and the shoreline of Old Tacoma to North Alder Way; south along North Alder Way to North Alder Street; south along North Alder Street to North 30th Street; west along North 30th Street to North Union Avenue; south along North Union Avenue to 6th Avenue; east along 6th Avenue to Tacoma Avenue; south along Tacoma Avenue South to Delin Street; south on Delin Street to Interstate 5; east along Interstate 5 to the city limits, northeasterly along the city limits to point of beginning.
Council District 3
Beginning at the intersection of Sixth Avenue and Pearl Street; east along 6th Avenue to Tacoma Avenue; south along Tacoma Avenue South to Delin Street; south on Delin Street to Interstate 5; south west along Interstate 5 to South 56th Street; west along South 56th Street to the city limits; north along the city limits and Orchard Street to intersect with South 19th Street; west along South 19th Street to South Pearl Street; north along South Pearl Street to point of beginning.
Also, the 50 acre area known as Leach Creek Holding Basin, located approximately 300 feet west of South Orchard Street between 35th and 37th Streets West, and generally bounded on the east by Idaho Street and on the west by Berkeley Street.

Bounded on the east by the city limits; on the north and northwest by Interstate 5 to intersection with South 56th Street; east along South 56th Street to McKinley Avenue; then south along McKinley Avenue to East 72nd Street; east along city limits to the point of beginning.

Beginning at the intersection of South 56th Street and the west city limits; south, east, and north along the city limits to the intersection of McKinley Avenue and East 72nd Street; north along McKinley Avenue; west along 56th Street to point of beginning.
