Tacoma Municipal Court Online Payment System
There are two online payment options available. You can either pay your ticket or fine online by eCheck, credit card or debit card through the Trust Commerce site, or you can respond to a collections letter from NCO Financial Systems and make an online payment by eCheck, credit card or debit card. With either of these options, you'll need to have your ticket or case paperwork handy. If you don't have your ticket or case paperwork handy, or if you are using a screen reader, please call the Tacoma Municipal Court at (253) 591-5357 for assistance.

If your case is in collections, you MUST use the link below. If you pay the Tacoma Municipal Court directly through the link above, there may be a delay of up to three weeks to transmit your payment to NCO Financial Systems, Inc. This may impact your time payment plan status with the collection agency.
If you are responding to a collections letter, you may also contact NCO Financial Systems by phone at (888) 289-0907 or pay by mail to P.O. Box 15113 Wilmington, DE 19850.
Please do not release any payment or credit card information to anyone claiming to be from the Tacoma Municipal Court. No member of the Tacoma Municipal Court staff will ever contact you by phone to ask for payment or credit card information.

Is there anyone who should NOT use this online payment system?
It may take up to four business days to process your payment. If your driver’s license or tabs are due to expire in less than five business days, please do not use this online payment system. Instead, please submit your payment to the Tacoma Municipal Court in person at the County-City Building (930 Tacoma Ave. S, Room 841 or Room 136). If you are paying by check or money order, please write your citation number on it and make it payable to the Tacoma Municipal Court.
