Behind the Shield Coming up this month on Behind The Shield…….. November is a busy month for the Tacoma Police Department as they get ready for their annual “Shop With A Cop” program. Each year this event helps children have a happier holiday season. Then the Tacoma Fire Department discusses cardio pulmonary resuscitation, more commonly known as CPR.
