2008 Annual Comprehensive Plan Amendment

Status
The Planning Commission's recommendations on the Proposed Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and Land Use Regulatory Code for 2008 were adopted by the City Council on December 9, 2008, with four ordinances as listed below.

The City Council enacted two amendments: (1) remanding to the Planning Commission the proposal to change the land use intensity designation from Single Family to Low Intensity for property located at Browns Pt. Blvd. NE and 53rd St. NE (Application #2008-05), and (2) removing two parcels and the abutting portion of the undeveloped Narrows Drive right-of-way from designation as open space within the Open Space Habitat and Recreation Element.
