The City of Tacoma’s Economic Development Department offers low-income homebuyers help by providing Down Payment Assistance up to $10,000. These loans can be used to help pay for one-half the down payment plus closing costs. To qualify for the program, you must meet the income eligibility requirements and other qualifications.
