Informal solicitations are posted below in order of advertising date.  Newest solicitations added will appear at the bottom of the page.  Click the specification number to view and download the bid solicitation document.  Please note that specifications are not provided by postal or delivery service, or by e-mail.

Solicitation Documents
Electronic versions of Bids/RFP's posted on this website are the official solicitation forms issued by the City of Tacoma.  By electing to download Bids/RFP documents, you shall be deemed to have affirmatively assumed all responsibility for any defects, incomplete or lost data, or other errors resulting from such download process and the City of Tacoma expressly disclaims any liability or loss of any nature whatsoever resulting from such download defects and errors.  Regardless of any such defect or error, these electronically posted versions shall be and remain the only official versions of the specifications and all submitted bid/proposals shall be evaluated according to said official versions.

Registration
You must register at this website as a bid holder for each solicitation of interest to receive notification from the City regarding amendments or other updates to the original bid solicitation documents.

All registration information submitted must be accurate, complete and current.  If you fail to register and/or provide required information, you will not be notified of or receive future addenda or other updates to the official Bid/RFP document as issued by the City.  In the absence of valid registration, the City shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible or liable for guaranteeing that such addenda and/or updates will be made available to you by other means.  You are directed to periodically visit the City's website to obtain current information.

This is NOT a vendor registration list.  The purpose of registering is to identify those interested in a particular solicitation as a bid holder.  Once the solicitation is completed, the list is not maintained and will not be used for notification of future opportunities.
