NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS AND RESPONDENTS:
City of Tacoma public bid openings are held in Conference Room M-1 on the main floor of Tacoma Public Utilities Administration Building North. Access to the building for off-site employees and vendors is through the north (front) and west entrances. Parking may be found on S. 35th Street in Lots B, C and G, along with a limited number of short-term parking spaces in Lot D, adjacent to the warehouse building.

Copies of a specific solicitation document of interest, including general and technical specifications, any technical drawings or plans, bid/proposal forms, and submittal instructions, may be downloaded and printed for your use. To submit a bid/proposal, you will need to, at minimum, download and print the official forms included in the solicitation document. In some solicitations, large technical drawings or blueprints may be available in hard copy format, distributed through a designated plan distribution service. If applicable, such information will be provided in the specific solicitation document. Please note that specifications are not provided by postal or delivery service, or by e-mail.

Document Revisions
Please note that revisions to a solicitation document may be issued by the City after the solicitation was initially published. Your bid or proposal response could be rejected if you fail to acknowledge any issued amendments and/or if you fail to submit your bid or proposal based on any published revisions to the original specifications or submittal instructions. You are advised to return to this website on a regular basis to monitor for notices of revisions that affect previously published bid solicitation documents.

To receive notification from the City regarding potential amendments or other updates to the original solicitation document(s), prospective bidders/proposers must register at this website for each solicitation of interest.
All registration information must be accurate, complete and current. If you fail to register and/or provide required information, you will not be notified of possible amendments or updates. In the absence of valid registration, the City shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible or liable for guaranteeing that such amendments and/or updates will be made available to you by other means.
