The Code is current through the Council meeting date of May 7, 2013*.

*Ordinance 28034, passed November 29, 2011, proposes changes to Title 13 and will not be effective until approved by the WA State Dept. of Ecology.
*Ordinance 28133, passed February 26, 2013, amends water rates and fees that will go into effect on April 1, 2013.
*Ordinance 28134, passed February 26, 2013, amends electric energy rates and fees and will go into effect on April 1, 2013 and April 1, 2014.

Unless specifically addressed in the ordinance, changes to the Tacoma Municipal Code are effective 10 days after the ordinance has been published (publishing typically takes place two days after an ordinance is passed.)
