You’re invited to a pre-construction open house to discuss the Stadium Way Arterial Improvement project. The open house is scheduled for Wednesday, June 6, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the first floor of the Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market St.
Representatives of the City and contractor will be present to answer your questions. Construction is expected to start the following week and continue into summer 2013.
Phase I will include work around Stadium High School and on Commerce Street. During this phase, North 1st Street and North ‘E’ Street will be closed to traffic and Commerce Street will have only one southbound lane open.
