Status - City Council Public Hearing on May 21, 2013
The Planning Commission made a recommendation to the City Council on May 1, 2013 concerning the Proposed Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and/or the Land Use Regulatory Code ("2013 Annual Amendment"). The City Council will conduct a public hearing on May 21, 2013 to receive public comments on the Planning Commission's recommendations. (See the first 5 documents posted below.)
The Planning Commission has been conducting technical analyses on individual applications since August 2012. The analysis reports for various applications reviewed by the Commission at various stages are posted below, for documentation purposes. The three documents posted above represent the final draft version of the proposed amendments subject to public review and comment.
