TV Tacoma, the City’s award-winning local government station, will be broadcasting live coverage of the 76th annual Grand Floral Parade from downtown Tacoma on Saturday, April 4 at 10:30 a.m. Crews will be onsite capturing live coverage of the floats, marching bands and royalty as they fill the streets.
TV Tacoma will televise the event from start to finish and will provide added replays to allow participants to tune in. “Our staff is proud to support this long standing community tradition and bring televised parade coverage back to the streets of downtown Tacoma,” said TV Tacoma production coordinator Fredrick Yomes.
“As we work cooperatively with the Daffodil Festival Committee, this is the City’s opportunity to help support the parade and provide event coverage to our residents and viewers in Pierce County” stated Cable Communications and Franchise Services manager Jeff Lueders.
If you miss the parade on Saturday, tune in and watch during the following replay times:
• Saturday, April 4 – LIVE: 10:30 a.m., replay: 7 p.m.
• Sunday, April 5 – 8 p.m.
• Monday, April 6 – 4 a.m., 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.
• Tuesday, April 7 – 4 a.m. and 10 p.m.
• Wednesday, April 8 – 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
• Thursday, April 9 – 1 p.m. and 9 p.m.
• Friday, April 10 – 2 p.m. and 10 p.m.

• Sunday, April 12 – 1 a.m. and 8 p.m.
TV Tacoma is carried on both the Click! and Comcast Cable systems. On Click! TV Tacoma can be seen on Channel 12 in the Tacoma City limits and in Pierce County, with the exception of University Place, where it can be found on Channel 21. On Comcast, TV Tacoma can be seen on Channel 12 in the Tacoma City limits and on Channel 21 in Pierce County.
