Join us as we come to you from Wapato Park. If you’re looking for a great place to hold a family or company picnic this summer, this is it. On this month’s show we’ll learn how residents are fighting back against graffiti. Then we’ve got some tips on how to save water during these warm summer months. We’ll also learn about a great non-profit organization, and find out why softball is so popular in Tacoma.

On this month’s show we’ll learn about some great Tacoma power camping destinations. Then we’ll meet a person in charge of some amazing historic collections. We’ll also visit the Theatre on the Square, and see a unique display at the Museum of Glass.

This month we come to you from the Washington State History Museum in downtown Tacoma. There are some great exhibits on display that are educational for the whole family. On this show we’ll learn how Tacoma Water is continuing its commitment to keep our water safe and clean. Then we’ll check in on the renovation of the Murray Morgan Bridge. We’ll also visit a special non-profit organization, and wander through Tacoma’s Lincoln Business District.

Join us as we come to you from the Pythian temple in downtown Tacoma you . A lot of events have occurred in this historic building since it was built in 1906. On this months show we’ll learn about the city of Tacoma’s “City-Net” communications network. Then we’ll look back at a special Tacoma basketball team that overcame many obstacles. We’ll also check in on a unique Tacoma high school, and learn how native plants are being saved in our community. That’s all this month on CityScape.

This month on CityScape as we come to you from the new First Creek Middle School. The school is state of the art and was designed to be energy efficient. On this month’s show we’ll learn about a new agreement between Tacoma Public Schools and the Tacoma Police Department. Then we’ll see how 9-1-1 calls are handled. We’ll also hear about some recent awards for Tacoma Public Utility employees, and learn about a sport that’s becoming very popular.

Join us this month on CityScape as we come to you from the Job Carr Cabin Museum. The cabin is a replica of the first permanent cabin built by a non-native settler in what is now Tacoma. On this months show we’ll pass on some winterizing tips from Tacoma Power & Tacoma Water. Then we’ll see what the downtown Tacoma Business Improvement area is doing security wise. We’ll also visit a unique non-profit store, and recall some memorable icons from our past.
