PARALEGAL - INTERN 

Volunteer Unpaid Position

This is a part time position which is responsible for providing support services to attorneys in the Legal Department.  Anticipated length of each internship term is estimated to be three months, subject to Department need. 

Desired Experience:

The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to perform legal and factual research; witness interviews; evidence collection; correspondence; document management, exhibit, discovery and trial/hearing preparation; administrative assignments, and tasks associated with electronic databases.

Work Location:

The successful candidate will be placed at one of the two possible locations:  Criminal Justice Division, Legal Department at 930 Tacoma Avenue South, Tacoma, WA 98402, or Civil Division at 747 Market Street, Rm. 1120, Tacoma, WA  98402.
